Our
flowers are grown on traditional flower farms on the tiny
island of St. Agnes, the smallest inhabited island in the
Isles of Scilly, 28 miles west of Land's End. The islands
are renowned for their early growing season, and the production
of a wonderful variety of delicate, beautifully scented
Narcissus. They are a far cry from the mass produced 'daffodils'
that arrive in their millions later in the season.
Adrian
and Amanda Pearce have worked the sandy Island soil growing
flowers and early potatoes since first taking over the family
farm in 1979,and sending to the markets on the mainland.
Then opening the Bulbshop in 1988 in order to sell flowers
and bulbs directly to visitors to St.Agnes, and take postal
orders for these to be sent to homes in the U.K. Since those
early days The Bulbshop has expanded into a vibrant and
colourful little shop selling a wide range of locally made
products and fair-traded gifts amongst other items of interest.
You can now order securely on-line
from whichever Bulbs or Flowers are currently available,
(depending on the growing season) for further information

Bulbshop is situated approximately 300 metres up the path
from Per Conger,we are opened for 6 days a week (closed
